Shipping policy

Local Pickup:

We have a store location in Pueblo, CO. Come on by and pick up your new pet directly from the store!

Shipping:

Our shipping starts at $75 minimum. Should your pet be outside of our average shipping weight and/or delivery is outside our normal shipping area, we will call you with a shipping price for your new pet after your order is complete on the website.

Animal Guarantee:

We guarantee that any and all animals arrive alive and in good health if shipped to a FedEx Hub. Live Arrival Guarantee is only for animals being shipped from hub to hub. We will guarantee all animals will arrive healthy, however with the recent FedEx delays, we are unable to guarantee Live Arrival unless the animal is shipped hub to hub. All animals will be eating well, properly sexed, and of the correct genetics as advertised. As such, shipping will only take place when the weather allows. If animals are delivered to your door, you must be there to accept the packages or all guarantees are void. If required to pick them up from a facility, you must do so within two hours or all guarantees are void. If incorrect shipping information is given, guarantees are void. If you are unsatisfied in any way, we must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery.
